Please inspect all shipping packages for damage when received.

If packaging is damaged.

  3. Take a picture of damaged package and e-mail it to us.

Please inspect all content for missing parts or damage BEFORE assembling.

If items are missing or damaged.

  2. Report any damage and/or missing content along with any missing items or parts within 2 days of delivery.
  3. Manufactures allows 2-3 days to request returns or exchanges for damaged products as long as they are NOT assembled or used.

International Shipping

Due to Customs, Country Regulations and Manufacture Requirements.  Not all item listed in our site can be shiped Internationaly.

If you placed an order that can not be shiped to your location we will notify you and refund your money.

All International orders will be subject to Customs and/or Duty Taxes which is collected by the shipping carrier and paid by you the Customer.

Customs, Duty Taxes or any other Import/Export fees or taxes are not included in the price of our products unless otherwise stated.

Check your local laws to be sure the item you are purchasing for import is legal.

Call your customs department before ordering to see if what you are importing is legal and if you may need to obtain a special license.

If you import an item that is illegal, customs will seize the item and we will not be able to recover it for you. We will not refund money for seized items.

You the customer are responsible for any taxes or customs fees that your country may charge you.

Call your customs department and let them what you're importing and the cost, Customs will tell you the percentage and or fees you will be paying

Accepting returns or exchanges are subject to the following:

  1. You must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA), please be sure to do the following:
  2. Please include a copy of your invoice or a short note with your order number and name. State if you are returning the item(s) for a refund, or if you would like to make an exchange, and if so, the items you would like to order. Please note, there will be a shipping fee for any exchanges (to ship the order to you) and we will need your credit card information. You may include this in your note or we will call you when processing your return.
  3. Ensure that the authorization number is clearly marked on the receipt.
  4. Products, whether defective or not, must be returned in the manufacturer's original packaging and the carton must include all components and other items originally packaged with the product. Linked promotional items must also be included.
  5. There is a 15% re-stocking fee for refunds.
  6. You are also responsible for shipping charges both ways. All shipping charges will be deducted from your account.
  7. Do not write, mark or alter the packaging, contents or registration warranty cards.
  8. We will return incomplete shipments to youat your expense. If you forgot to include a part, please notify us immediately.
  9. For your protection, we recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged. We are not responsiable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
  10. We will not accept Holiday Items 2 days before the Holiday.
  11. Returning items for an exchange or store credit will receive store credit for the full amount of the returned undammaged item with no restocking fee.
  12. Shipping costs are not refundable. There will be a shipping fee for exchanges.
  13. All items shipped with the order must be returned. If you received a Free or promotional item with the order, the free or promotional item must be returmed. If the free or promotional item is not returend, you will be charged for the item(s).

What if there is a discrepancy with the order?

  • If you find any discrepancies with your order, pleace contact us.

Can I just send it back without contacting you?

  • No. returns without Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).
  • We are here to help, but we cannot correct a situation we know nothing about. Please contact us requesting the return, and one of our service professionals will contact you to work out a solution.

We will reject products returned to us without Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Damaged or Defective Items:

When you receive your order please look at the box before opening it, if there are any dents or holes in the box and you think the contents are probably damaged or the contents are rattling, open the box and inspect the merchandise as soon as possible.

All damaged items need to be reported with in 2-3 days from when you receive it. We apologize for any damages that may occur to your items in shipping, we do inspect the merchandise before shipping it and we pack it with the utmost care. Unfortunately sometimes packages do get mishandled along the way which results in breakage.

We fully insure every package we ship in case of damage or lose. We will take care of your claim from start to finish. In order for us to file a claim for you, you must keep all original packing as the carrier will need to pick up the damaged package. Claims can take 1-2 weeks, after they are completed we will notify you and at that time we can refund you or send you a replacement.

If you believe you are missing an item from your shipment, please call us as soon as possible. Our packing stations are under video surveillance, and we will be able to review the footage to investigate if the item is indeed missing.
