We will take returns or exchanges for up to 30 days from the ship date of your order if approved by us. Any items being returned must be in original condition. This means the product cannot be worn, washed, soiled, damaged, or used in any way. Shipping costs are not refundable unless we are at fault. We will always correct any errors we make at no extra cost to you. There will be a new shipping fee for exchanges.
If you are returning items for a refund, there is a 15% restocking plus our shipping cost to send the item to you. shipping is not refundable.

Due to Customs, Country Regulations and Manufacture Requirements, not all item listed in our site can be shipped Internationaly.
If you placed an order that cannot be shipped to your location we will notify you and refund your money.
All International orders will be subject to Customs and/or Duty Taxes which is collected by the shipping carrier and paid by you the Customer. Customs, Duty Taxes or any other Import/Export fees or taxes are not included in the price of our products unless otherwise stated.
Call your customs department before ordering to see if what you are importing is legal and if you may need to obtain a special license. If you import an item that is illegal, customs will seize the item and we will not be able to recover it for you. We will not refund money for seized items.
The carrier will be contacting you to schedule delivery. This item ships via semi on a pallet and will be delivered curbside only. Meaning the semi will not go down your driveway or carried into your home. You need to make arrangements for someone to move the item inside for you.

Before signing any paperwork from the driver, be sure to fully inspect the shipment. The driver may want to leave quickly but it is in your best interest to explain to the driver that the shipment MUST be inspected and that you will sign the paperwork once the inspection has been completed. Be sure to inspect all packages even if there is no visible damage on the outside of the box.
Damaged in Transit- If your order is damaged, write damaged on the receiving paperwork, take pictures of the damage to the product and/or packaging and refuse the shipment. The driver will then re-load the pallet and return it to the terminal to be inspected. Please contact us at 888-788-9220 after the driver leaves notifying us this has occurred. If it is after our normal business hours, please leave us a message with your name, phone number, order number and we will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
Unable to inspect shipment- Although it is in your best interest to inspect the shipment upon delivery, you may be unable to inspect the item in front of the driver, you must write on the receiving paperwork “UNABLE TO INSPECT, POSSIBLE CONCEALED DAMAGED”. The inspection of the shipment and notification of any damage needs to be reported to Net Health Shops, LLC within 24 hours of receipt of your shipment. If damage has occurred it is very important to take pictures of the damaged items and of any visible damage to the packaging. After pictures have been taken be sure to place the item, any packaging or boxes, and the pallet aside and hold onto everything, including any paperwork that you’ve received. The chances of winning a claim without the damage noted are very slim. As the shipment does not leave our facility damaged you will not be reimbursed from us. Any money back you receive would come directly from the carrier.
If the carrier has not arrived when they said they were going to arrive please contact them from the information above. They will have the best information for you on the delivery.
Your item will deliver to the address in the order you placed. If you change the address after the shipment has left our warehouse there will be a re-consignment fee that you will be responsible for before the item is delivered.

We will reject products returned to us without Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Damaged or Defective Items:
When you receive your order please look at the box before opening it, if there are any dents or holes in the box and you think the contents are possibly damaged or the contents are rattling, take pictures of the shipping container. Please open the box and inspect the merchandise and take photos of damage. All damaged items need to be reported with in 24-48 hours from when you receive it.
We fully insure every package we ship in case of damage or lose. We will take care of your claim from start to finish. In order for us to file a claim for you, you must keep all original packing as the carrier will need to pick up the damaged package. Claims can take 1-2 weeks, after they are completed we will notify you and at that time we can refund you or send you a replacement.
If you believe you are missing an item from your shipment, please call us as soon as possible. Our packing stations are under video surveillance, and we will be able to review the footage to investigate if the item is indeed missing.
